Who am I ?
My name is Gregory, married with 2 children! We do not live (unfortunately) in the region for professional reasons.
Very attached to Les Orres since I was born, my grandparents took me there every winter and summer, and I never tire of returning whenever the opportunity arises. The very family and magical atmosphere of Les Orres has not weakened.
I therefore take good care of this family apartment in order to guarantee a successful experience. You will feel at home there, with a very pleasant and soothing view of the larches and the mountains, while being 5 minutes walk from the chairlift or the resort center (1650).

My ad is also visible on booking platforms (Airbnb, Booking), however 15 to 20% service fees are to be expected. Therefore, you will find a more competitive rate here.
A 30% deposit is to be paid at the time of booking, either on this site using the Credit Card payment module, or by contacting me directly and we will proceed in the traditional way (PDF contract to sign, scan, send back to me, then payment by bank transfer, Paypal, check or cash).
The balance will be payable no later than 1 month before your arrival.
Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 4pm and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11am. However, we can arrange to change the check-in/check-out times if necessary. An autonomous arrival is also possible.
No, for logistical reasons we cannot provide bath and bed linen. However, blankets, duvets and pillows are obviously included.

Yes, provided that your request is made at least 1 month before your arrival. In this case, your deposit and balance will be fully refunded.
Please let me know. In addition, the apartment must be returned in the same condition as upon your arrival, cleaning is not included, otherwise we may withhold the deposit (or part of the deposit).
Unless an option is requested from me (40€ which will be paid directly to the caretaker of the building), cleaning is not included. Products and equipment are available to return the studio in the same condition as when you arrived.
Yes! From the 8th night, 10% discount will be deducted. The website calculator includes this discount automatically (even if it does not mention it).
You will find a few places (if you are lucky) on the parking of the residence (15 places for 60 apartments). All places in Les Orres have become paid parking since December 2023. You will find a paid parking (only between 8am and 8pm) located at 20m from the residence (“Parking de l’estomac”), that you can pay either at the ticket machines, or via the Prestopark App (which I recommend to manage your parking time remotely).
